Jensen Leung, our founder and Managing Director, brings decades of international experience in global mobility and international tax since 1996 from working in the United States, United Arab Emirates, China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
During his career in consulting with Big 4 accounting firms and leadership roles in global mobility with some of the best known Fortune Global 500 companies, he has developed and implemented strategically-aligned mobility programs, structured tax-efficient compensation packages, managed international payroll, contributed to various greenfield and M&A projects, and supported countless mobile employees and senior executives. He has proven successes in using this unique mix of professional and personal experience to his clients' advantage.
Prior to founding Contexo Mobility, Jensen was the Global Head of Mobility, Executive Director, of Nomura and was responsible for formulating and executing mobility strategies that support the global investment bank of Japan's largest securities firm with international expansion. He had also held regional mobility leadership positions with Barclays, BP, as well as Flextronics and led a number of flagship engagements when he was with Big 4 accounting firms.
Jensen has a BBA in Organizational Behavior & Management from the University of Houston and is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He also contributes actively to the development of global mobility. He has been speakers at regional and national conferences held by the American Payroll Association, Deloitte, and Forum for Expatriate Management. He served on the committees of Worldwide ERC in Asia Pacific as well as the Forum for Expatriate Management's Hong Kong Chapter and was on Deloitte Hong Kong's Client Advisory Board. In addition, he is an All-Star contributor to Intuit's Tax Pro Community and has been quoted in various industry publications.
